Lunches - The next lunch order is due March 26. Lunch Cruise- The parents of this year’s 8th grade graduating class are planning a lunch cruise. The event will be on Saturday, May 19. Grandparent’s Day-Wednesday, April 11th will be Grandparent`s day at St. Paul. The grandparents of our students will be invited to spend some time in the classroom and to eat lunch with their grandchildren in the gym. A catered lunch will be provided for the grandparents. Grandparents may arrive at 10:30 a.m. and will be free to leave shortly after lunch. Candy Sale- If you still have not turned in all your candy money, please do so. Thank you to all who participated. Progress Reports– Midterm progress reports were sent home last week. Parents need to sign and return them. Sports– Our girls’ basketball team lost the championship game of the Lutheran School League last Saturday. They finished the season with a record 19.5! Congratulations to Tyra Greene-West, who won the free throw contest! Secretary’s Corner Helping your child with Word-Solving –When an error is made in reading, WAIT! Don’t immediately correct your child. Give your child a chance to work independently.
