Tuition

Tuition payments are payable in ten equal installments, beginning in August on Registration Day. Thereafter, payments are due on or before the 15th of each month, September through May.
​
If a payment is not received by the 15th, a $10 late fee will be assessed. After the 25th of the month, an additional late fee of $25.00 will be charged. If no payment is received by the end of the month, the student will not be allowed to attend school until payment is resolved.

Enrollment Fee – $150.00 per year, payable when a new student is accepted or a student returns for the following year (non-refundable). After July 16th, the fee increases to $200.00 for returning students. For new students, the $150 fee is in effect for one week, increasing to $200 thereafter.

Hot Lunch Program​

Hot lunches are available to all students daily. Students may be eligible for reduced price or free lunches and milk based on family income. The lunch and milk program is subsidized by the State of Illinois and the federal government.

Bus Service

Cost Per Month:
  • First child in the family $90 per month (oneway, $45 per month)
  • $45 for each additional child in the family (oneway, $40 per month)​

Parent-Teacher League

The Parent-Teacher League has three meetings each year. In addition, it sponsors various educational and social events for the children and adults throughout the year.

Financial Assistance

Scholarships and financial assistance are available on a needs basis.
Additional financial support may be available under the Invest in Kids Act with funding available through Empower Illinois.
Funding for our preschool program and before and after care may be available through Illinois Action for Children.  
The Child Care Assistance Program makes it possible for eligible families to receive financial assistance in paying for child care. Parents must meet the State of Illinois’ income and family size guidelines. Please contact the school office for additional information.

Wellness Policy

Extracurricular Activities

​In addition to our regular academic program, the following programs are also offered:
  • Instrumental Band (Available to all students Grades 4-8), Cost $280 per semester
  • Gospel Choir (Available to all students Grades 5-8), No fee
  • Computer Instruction (Available to all students), No fee
  • Basketball (Available to all students Grades 3-8)
  • Volleyball, Track & Field (Available to all students Grades 5-8)

Extended Care

We offer an extended care program for those parents who wish to bring their children to school early and/or pick them up late. Students can arrive as early as 7am and can stay as late as 6pm.

Cost Per Month:
Mornings Only: $40 (paid with tuition)
After School Only: $60 (paid with tuition)
Morning and After School: $100 (paid with tuition)

Extended Care can also be used on an hourly basis at the rate of $4 per hour.
